Taylor Samale, BA, CPT

Taylor is a graduate of The College of Wooster in Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later obtained her Personal Training and Group Fitness certifications through the American Council of Exercise (ACE).  She strives to get her clients feeling better mentally and physically, moving more efficiently with less pain, and most importantly, finding joy through movement. You will find her teaching a variety of group fitness classes including cycle, strength, HIIT, barre, yoga, and mat pilates. In her free time, Taylor enjoys being a soccer mom to her two sons, playing with her dogs, bike rides, going to the movies, and working on her own yoga practice.
