Boost your health with wellness coaching, focusing on chronic disease prevention through personalized nutrition, fitness, sleep, and stress management strategies. We'll work with you one-on-one to help you set achievable goals and make sustainable lifestyle changes to enhance your well-being and achieve lasting results.
Choose between 30 and 60 min options. Can be completed in person or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
A 30 min body composition assessment can be added to any in person wellness coaching session.

Nutrition Consultation
A one-on-one session with a Registered Dietitian will empower you with the practical tools and knowledge needed to make sustainable changes. You’ll learn to make better food choices that impact your overall health and well-being.
Begin with an initial 60 min consultation or break it up into two 30 min consultations. During your initial session, we will discuss your priorities and lifestyle factors that influence your daily dietary choices and eating pattern. Realistic and attainable short-term goals will be established.
Can be completed in person or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
A 30 min body composition assessment can be added to any in person nutrition consultation.

FITNESS CONSULTATION
Meet with a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) to discuss your health history and any risk factors related to physical activity to ensure safe and effective exercise. Together, you will create tailored fitness goals to help you reach your best self and build confidence in the gym.
Can be completed in person or virtually through Microsoft Teams in 30 minutes.
A 30 min fitness assessment or body composition assessment can be added to an in person fitness consultation.

FITNESS SESSION
A certified personal trainer will guide you through a workout routine tailored to your goals and needs. After six workout sessions annually, personal training rates apply (*$30/ 30 minutes).
Recommended to complete after a fitness consultation.
This is an in person appointment completed in 30 minutes.
