Aundrea Townsend, BS, ACE-CPT

Aundrea is a graduate of the University of Houston–Main Campus, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for movement that has evolved from childhood play to functional fitness. Through her education and experience, Aundrea believes that consistent movement paired with a nutrient-dense diet builds both physical and mental resilience, and she is dedicated to helping clients develop sustainable habits that support overall well-being. Aundrea believes that living an active, healthy lifestyle should never feel like a punishment—but rather a blessing that empowers individuals to live a quality life. You will find Aundrea teaching a variety of group fitness classes including cycle, strength and endurance, stretching, and mat Pilates.

 

Outside of work, Aundrea enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring delicious food.
