A fitness class specifically designed for those diagnosed with diabetes. You’ll monitor your glucose pre and post exercise and learn how fitness affects your numbers. Bring your glucometer.

An advanced class to help you complete a half (13.1 miles) or full marathon (26.2 miles). The course will provide guidance on run training, nutrition, and injury prevention.
(12 Weeks)
A beginner class intended for those wishing to run a 5K-10K. The course will provide guidance on run training, nutrition, and injury prevention as it relates to new runners.
